Job Description:
As a Social Media Marketer and Manager at Game Dates, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions. You will create compelling offers, engaging ad copy, and high-converting visual content. Your role will involve testing different market angles, optimizing campaigns for better results, and tracking the quality of leads to ensure a higher conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities:

● Setup of Ad Manager & Campaigns:
○ Configure and manage ad manager tools.
○ Develop and launch targeted ad campaigns on various social media platforms.

● Create Compelling Offers:
○ Develop attractive offers to drive lead generation and conversions.
○ Tailor offers to align with our brand and target audience.

● Copywriting and Ad Creation:
○ Craft enticing copywriting hooks and ad copy that resonates with our audience.
○ Create high-converting video and graphic ads to capture attention and engage users.

● Ad Campaigns and Market Angle Testing:
○ Conduct thorough market research to identify the best angles for ad campaigns.
○ Test different ad campaigns and market angles to determine the most effective strategies.

 

● Optimization and Results Improvement:
○ Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance.
○ Optimize ads based on data-driven insights to achieve better results and generate more leads.

● Lead Quality Tracking and Conversion Optimization:
○ Track the quality of leads generated from ad campaigns.
○ Implement strategies to optimize lead quality and increase the conversion rate.


Requirements:
● Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer and Manager, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
● Proficient in using ad manager tools and social media platforms.
● Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content. ● Experience in creating high-quality video and graphic ads.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with A/B testing and market research.
● Knowledge in the Training and Education(Personal Development) industry and its trends. What We Offer:
