About the Role
RM 2,800/month
Finance & Accounting
Manage daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processes.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly closing.
Assist with budgeting, grant, and investor reporting.
Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
Admin & Operations
Handle office administration, including procurement, filing, and asset tracking.
Oversee HR-related paperwork: claims, leave records, employment contracts.
Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and support internal workflows.
Communicate with vendors, partners, and government bodies when required.
Requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Must be fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese (both spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
