About the Role
As a Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to
enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase engagement across various online channels. You will
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and leverage emerging trends to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Job Description:
● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, search engines,
and display advertising.
● Create compelling content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email
newsletters.
● Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research (SEO), ad copy creation,
video / story / reel and performance tracking.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
● Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous
improvement.
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, product, sales) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and
initiatives.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital
landscape.
● Experiment with new channels and tactics to expand reach, engage target audiences, and drive conversions.
Job Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
● Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email
marketing software.
● Understanding of SEO principles, SEM techniques, and social media algorithms.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences
and channels.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation in digital marketing. ● Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Collaborative team player who can effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
● Adaptability to evolving trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
