About the Role

● 8 hours a day (4pm to 12am working hours)
● Provide SaaS customer support, responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and tickets.
● Troubleshoot issues and escalate bug reports to the development team.
● Guide customers on product usage and best practices.
● Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM.
● Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Requirements

  • Strong written English for clear and professional communication.

  • Experience in customer support or a related role.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain SaaS platforms.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work remotely with a proactive mindset.
