About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Leveraging your expertise in sales, negotiation, and relationship

management, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, fostering long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Job Description:

● Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound sales activities.

● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to understand their

business needs and challenges.

● Present company products and services to prospects, demonstrating value propositions and solutions that align with their

objectives.

● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to customize proposals and offerings to meet client

requirements.

● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.

● Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand market share, and increase brand visibility.

● Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to measure progress and identify areas for

improvement.

● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

● Will have to check out balance of products at outlets and refill them as and when required. Job Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

● Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the relevant

industry.

● Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.

● Ability to analyze market trends, identify market opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

● Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

● Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-making processes.

● Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.

● Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Mass Comm / Business / Social Science

  • This job is great for interns who would like to learn

  • The right person would need to talk to clients on a daily basis, setup calls and meetings.
