About the Role
3D Event Design & Visualization:
Create detailed 3D event design mockups and immersive video walkthroughs for concerts, media launches, festivals, and O2O (Online-to-Offline) campaigns.
Produce technical setup drawings with precise measurements, ensuring accuracy in spatial planning, material specifications, and event logistics.
Collaborate with event planners and technical teams to ensure designs align with on-site execution requirements.
Multimedia Design for Campaigns:
Design multimedia content (videos, animations, social media assets, infographics) to complement campaign objectives for platforms like TikTok, XHS (Xiaohongshu), and Meta.
Develop engaging POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), including posters, flyers, POP/POS displays, and event decorations, ensuring brand consistency.
Create dynamic social media content (short-form videos, edited photos, motion graphics) to drive engagement and meet campaign KPIs.
Technical & Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to translate campaign strategies into visually compelling designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize end-to-end advertising campaigns, from initial sketches to final artwork.
Provide input on color schemes, material finishes, and printing specifications for both digital and physical collateral.
Project Execution & Problem-Solving:
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Troubleshoot design challenges and propose innovative solutions to align with technical and budgetary constraints.
Requirements
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, 3D Max, Blender) for modeling, rendering, and animation.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and multimedia tools (Canva, mobile video editing apps).
Strong understanding of technical drawings, measurement accuracy, and spatial design requirements for events.
Design Expertise:
Ability to produce multimedia content tailored to diverse campaigns (e.g., festive themes, product launches, exhibitions).
Knowledge of print production processes and packaging design.
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in design execution.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Team player with leadership potential and openness to constructive feedback.
Experience:
2-3 years in 3D design, event visualization, or multimedia production.
Portfolio showcasing 3D event mockups, video walkthroughs, and campaign collateral.
