About the Role

We are looking for an Admin & Finance Officer to support our growing EduTech startup by handling financial operations,
administrative tasks, and team coordination. Your role is essential in keeping our resources organized, enabling us to focus on
empowering children to achieve their talents and goals.

● Finance & Accounting: Prepare accounts, budgets, and targets.
● Bookkeeping: Process receipts, invoices, employee claims, and payments.
● Customer Payments: Align with customers for timely payment collection.
● Record-Keeping: Ensure all financial and administrative documents are updated.
● Payroll Management: Maintain and process employee payroll.
● Communication: Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients, and team members.
● Scheduling: Manage appointments, deadlines, and employee timetables.
● Recruitment Support: Source and identify potential employee candidates

Salary Range: RM 2000 - RM 3000
Experience: 0 to 3 years
