About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry/Admin Assistant to support our administrative functions. This role requires 2 days’ in-office work to retrieve relevant documents, with the remaining 3 days from home.

Key Responsibilities

â—‰ Retrieve, organise and maintain relevant documents for data entry tasks.
â—‰ Enter, update, and verify data accurately in our internal systems.
â—‰ Conduct quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
â—‰ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.


Salary: RM3,500 per month

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently from home.
